Affinity Wills was originally owned by Dan Attfield and became part of the Just Wills and Legal Services Group in 2016. Affinity Wills were established in 1999 and since then say they have helped 100,000 customers with Wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and probate. They (the team and founders) have always been members of the Society of Will Writers.
Just Wills and Legal Services was set up by David McMaster in 2013. It was set up with a highly experienced group of Consultants and Partners that David had worked with for many years. Since, JWALS have supported over 100,000 clients.
Aegis Wills was set up in 2004. It became part of the Affinity Group and then part of the Just Wills and Legal Services group in 2016.
Chambers Wills was incorporated in 1996 before becoming part of the Affinity Wills Group. It then became part of the Just Wills and Legal Services group in 2016.
Britannia Wills was set up in 1991 and is a very well established estate planning firm. It became part of the Affinity Group and then part of the Just Wills and Legal Services group in 2016.
Chancery Wills was incorporated in 2001 before becoming part of the Affinity Wills Group. It then became part of the Just Wills and Legal Services group in 2016.
Central Wills was set up in 2001. It became part of the Affinity group and then became part of the Just Wills and Legal Services Group in 2016. We are proud to support clients with Will writing and estate planning.
Pheonix Wills became part of the Affinity Group in 2013 before it was incorporated into the Just Wills and Legal Services Group in 2016.
Essex Will Services was established in 1996 to help clients with Will planning. It became part of the Affinity Wills Group before David and the team took over in 2016. It now falls under the Just Wills and Legal Services Group.
There are lots of estate planning businesses with the name ‘Heritage’ but not many have the rich history for supporting clients that we do. Heritage Will Services have been supporting clients since 2002 and are now part of the Just Wills and Legal Services Group.
Collectively, our group of businesses, part of the Affinity Group under Dan Attfield, before coming under the Just Wills and Legal Services Group have supported well in excess of 100,000 clients. We still store documents for some of our earliest clients dating back to the early 2000’s and they’ll remain in our safe custody until they’re needed.
These companies are now under the supervision of Nick Goldberg and Macenzie Goldberg and they’re on hand to support with any questions.
